Understand Future Mapping & Foresight as tools to inspire and give confidence to engage new business and reignite existing relationships. Understand the tools and templates of consultative selling and begin to build your personal toolkit.

Week 2: Building your story

Master the art of narrative creation and storytelling and audience engagement, turning insights into provocative and engaging story narratives.

Week 3: Understanding behavioural psychology in sales

An introduction to the key cognitive biases that are present in a sales journey, learning effective and dynamic negotiation skills in order to build your own negotiation style.
